We're excited to introduce Tabatha, the Director of Operations at Little Beginnings. Tabatha has been dedicated to the field of childcare for over 10 years and has been a part of our team since 2017. She graduated from Conestoga College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2017 and holds the RECE designation.

In addition to her role at Little Beginnings, Tabatha is a part-time professor at Fanshawe College, where she enjoys teaching and mentoring future early childhood educators. Her passion for education and building strong relationships shines through in her work, and she truly believes in the power of teaching and nurturing children.

As the Director of Operations, Tabatha oversees the operational side of our center, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care and creating a welcoming and safe environment for all families. Tabatha is also deeply involved in family engagement, working closely with parents to support their needs and ensure a strong partnership between home and center.
